One Monday, we received a telephone call from a customer with a big problem. He had just been notified that due to road construction, a road sign had to be relocated within eight days. We told him not to worry, that we would take care of it. On Tuesday we received the site plans. The next day we met with the landlord, the county, and the road construction contractor to agree on the new sign location. On Thursday we acquired the sign permit and on Friday began work at the site. We completed work on Monday, one day ahead of schedule.
